SHIPPING METHODS AND RUSH DELIVERY OPTION  

Shipments to addresses within the United States are sent by UPS or Freight line depending on weight and usually take three (3) to five (5) business days. International shipments including Canada and Mexico usually take up to eight (8) to fifteen (15) business days to arrive. International shipments may be held by our local Customs Authority.

If you select a Rush Delivery option for shipments within the United States, any in-stock product(s) will ship to you for arrival within the second (2nd) day after your order is processed and fulfilled. For most Rush Delivery orders, this means arrival on the third business day after the order was placed.

We provide same day shipping for stocked products if contacted before 2:00 p.m. EST.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

If you received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please return the product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt. We will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge or provide you with a full refund.

If you have ordered incorrectly or are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the returned shipment.

UPDATES AND CHANGES TO PRICING  
We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify product pricing, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
